Delivery
UK Orders
We ship all UK shipping orders via Royal Mail 1st class signed for recorded or Special delivery.
- UK First Class Signed Delivery (2-4 Working Days): £5.95
- Next Day Delivery Available On Request
International Orders
We ship all international orders via Royal Mail or Parcel force gloabal priority depending on weight they can take upto 7/21 working days to arrive
- Southern Ireland Signed Delivery (APPROXIMATELY 7-10 Working Days): £14.99
- USA & Canada (APPROXIMATELY 7-14Working Days): £29.99
- All Other Locations (APPROXIMATELY 7-14 Working Days): £29.99
All customers are liable for duty & taxes that their country charges. If for any reason they choose not to accept a delivery they will then be charged for the shipping back and any duties or taxes on return if applicable before refunding the goods.
PLEASE NOTE
My Girl Boutique Is NOT responsible for lost parcels that are sent to business/work addresses, or with incorrect/missing delivery address details on your order ie door numbers, building names, incorrect postcodes etc. If you have asked for your delivery to be left with a neighbour or to be ”left in a safe place” this is at your own risk and we are NOT responsible for missing parcels.
We will dispatch to the name & address that is given, if you choose to change your shipping address to get your order delivered elsewhere ie a relatives house or a work address we are not responsible for the order if the signature does not match the delivery name & is signed by someone else.
Please check over your order details that you have given the full and correct delivery address at the time of making your order.
If the courier has not been able to deliver your parcel, i.e you are not home to sign for your parcel it will be held at your local collections centre for a few days. If it is returned back to us in the due to not being collected you are responsible for the re delivery fee to re send the order or if you no longer want the order you will be refunded minus the delivery fee.
All Orders (except Pre Orders) are dispatched within 48hours we are not held responsible if the post office does not process the delivery the same day. We use a drop and go service and have a high number of delivers for them to process.
Returns
Should you not be happy with the items from your order you may return to us within 7 days of the specified delivery date for UK or 21 days for international (subject to the conditions below) for a refund minus the delivery fee. Returns must be delivered to us within this time. Returns received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
SALE Items ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
PAYMENT PLANS & PRE ORDER ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE and sizing cannot be changed once your order is placed. Please make sure you’re ordering the right size/item before checkout.
Special Orders
Especially made/custom orders ARE NON -RETURNABLE.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received with no sign of wear and tear, all garment tags, packaging and labels still attached. Original boxes and containers must be returned unused with no sign of damage. Any items that have been damaged, altered (by wear and tear or by being washed incorrectly) or returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted. Please ensure that shoes are tried on soft clean surfaces and when trying garments on be sure to not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals.
Items must be returned by a track or signed for service, Please keep proof of posting. If you receive free delivery please note that if you choose to return your order a postage cost will be deducted from your total.
The customer is responsible for the returns postage fee.
We do not offer credit notes
Under NO circumstances can items be returned back to us out of the time period given above. They will be refused on delivery.

Faulty Items
We take a great deal of care to quality check all items thoroughly before they are dispatched, but in the unlikely event your item is faulty you must email us with photographic evidence
All items returned as faulty will be subject to a thorough investigation to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not normal wear-and-tear, which is not covered by our returns policy. The item may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for them to assess and decide this, which can take up to 14 days.
If the item is found not to be faulty we will return the item at your expense.
How To Return Items To Us
Please email us at info@mygirlboutique.co.uk with your full name, order number, reason for returning and items you are returning to let us know you are returning your order. We will send you our returns address.
